You may notice this gin goes a little cloudy if stored in the fridge. This is caused by the intense botanical oils that often become cloudy in cold temps. We could choose to filter this gin to avoid clouding, but that would strip away flavour. We call this Craft spirit intensity! Bright citrus notes with some pine characteristics in balance. Medium sweetness and intensity, smooth texture. Warming lengthy finish with flavour complexity. Featuring juniper, coriander, fresh citrus peel, cinnamon, wattle seed, angelica root, sea lettuce, lavender, mountain pepper leaf.
