Wild fermented in a combination of new and pre-loved French oak, and ceramic barrel. Honeysuckle, ginger and fresh apricot, with zippy acidity and texture.
This dry white is the (unofficial) favourite child of our Cellar Door team. It brings the flavour and texture to the party with your favourite Thai takeaway, roast chicken, dumplings or a luxe seafood dish.
