NEW GINS!

GIN LOVERS LISTEN UP!

We got an amazing collection of new Gins that have landed recently.

Let’s start with Australian Gin Power house: Four Pillars . They’ve just released their new “Distillers Series” Gin in collab’ with no other than The Kyoto Distillery:  Changing Seasons Gin

This gin has been distilled with the change of seasons between the northern and southern hemisphere in mind. Marrying botanicals typical for Autumn Japan & Spring Australia.

To bring this collaboration theme full circle, we also have welcomed KI NO BI Gin to our collection from the Kyoto Distillery.

This Gin is the first of it’s kind, using a rice spirit base & regional Kyoto botanicals (yellow yuzu, hinoki, sansho pepper, gyokuro tea from Uji), blended with the famed waters from Fushimi. KI NO BI stands for “The beauty of the seasons”

We also managed to snap up some limited release 2019 Harvest Gin from Archie Rose. The 2019 Harvest Gin highlights the beautiful taste of Poorman’s Oranges, grown by Peter Dryden n the Hunter valley, NSW. Other botanicals featured in this gin are: orange peel, emerald green finger lime, lemon scented gum, making a bold & complex gin.
