This hoppy farmhouse ale was brewed to celebrate the US brewery's 11th anniversary—so you know it's gonna be good! The Saison was brewed with oats and blue corn, and fermented with a missed culture of Brewers yeast and wild yeast. For the finishing touch, they use Fuggles and Perle in the dry hop. Bottle conditioned and 100% re-fermentation in the bottle. Hoppy, complex farmhouse ale.
