*Orders for Regional deliveries must be placed by COB Tuesday’s for arrival at our Regional Collection Points by the weekend.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a processing email, this is followed by a completion email. Please,
check your Spam folders, should you not receive any communication. Should there be any issues with your order
from our end we will contact you immediately.
Please, notify us, if another person than yourself is collecting the order from the collection points. Simply, leave a
comment in the special instruction box during check out.
Looking for shipping to postcodes outside of the above named areas?
Please, calculate shipping as usual for Australia-wide* deliveries.
*Exception: We do not deliver to the Northern Territory

Due to the set-up of this Flat Rate option, there is no online tracking available.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
Please, collect your order from the above-named Collection Points within 5 business days. Please, inform us
immediately should you be unable to collect within this timeframe.
Make sure to bring your order confirmation email (can be on your mobile or print-out) with you when collecting,
as well as identification/ proof of age.
Orders cannot be collected by people under the age of 18!

In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us. We reserve the right to require proof
that the goods were damaged or faulty.
