Our Estate Chardonnay is an impressive drop, that is perfect for long Sunday lunches with the crew or cosy mid-week catch-ups. The 2024 vintage has notes of Myer lemon, brioche and white stone fruit, with crisp green apple notes. The palate contrasts the fruit nose with savoury spice characters, intertwined with classic Chardonnay fruit profile of lemon and white stone fruit. A lovely pairing for Salmon, and Roast chicken, but honestly, it will hold its own against any pairing.
