This gin kicks off where most would stop — starting with a classic base of Macedonian juniper and South Australian botanicals, then steeped for weeks in Barossa Shiraz from the Western Ridge. Rich, ripe fruit meets lifted citrus, chamomile, lavender and a dusting of spice — a blend shaped by both vineyard and still. In the glass, it pours deep ruby with a violet edge. The nose is all choc-dipped raspberries, orange zest and soft floral lift, hinting at what’s to come. On the palate it’s plush and juicy — think dark berries, chocolate and citrus, wrapped up in warmth and structure with the juniper gently humming underneath.
