With vines planted in 1858, 1862 and 1970s, we are looking at a serious contender for some of the oldest Cabernet Sauvignon vines in Australia. Great nose. Cassis, mint, dark chocolate and violets. Fleshy in the mouth, and strikes a nice balance between intense fruit flavours and savoury nuance. Tannins are perfectly ripe and acidity is spot on. Length is impressive
