The nose is clean, refined and direct hinting peat smoke emvodies with fresh oak, fruity aromas and a dash of ground pepper. As the whisky opens in the glass, so does the evolution of the aromaticity: lifting sweet yet subtle vanilla notes mixed with toasty sweet grains and a back end feelong of delicate liquorice.
