Pre-Loved #11 is a brand new Session West Coast Pale Ale, brewed with Citra Cryo, Citra, Centennial and Mosaic that we have recycled from Double Hyphen. Our Pre-Loved series is cool because it takes hops that have more life to give and would otherwise go to waste, and uses them in crushable session beers. This is the first clear Pale Ale we've tried using this method and we love what we see (and taste). Beautifully light and clear in the glass, it glimmers in the springtime sun. On the nose, plenty of citrus, hints of pine shine through. Take a sip you'll be met with a pleasant upfront bitterness that fades into squishy citrus, light pine notes and and extremely refreshing finish. We'll file this one under "could drink all day".
