The cooler climate and extended growing season allows our Riesling to maintain the higher acid levels needed to balance this style with the sweetness. This is the surprising ‘food match’ wine – the sweetness pairs well with hot spices, fatty pork belly and Asian style cuisine, or simply with cheese and fruit. It is versatile and expresses an abundance of peach, pear and melon. The natural acidity provides a lovely clean finish."
