We’ve been leaning into Cali IPAs as of late and having a royally good time. This one was built with a sole plan - to be light, snappy, and obtusely drinkable while still carrying a serious hop punch. Mashed with a touch more spelt for body and foam, then hopped throughout with Nectaron, Citra, Krush HYPERBOOST, and hand-selected Nelson Sauvin. Fermented out with a lager strain, the light body lets bursts of citrus, tropicals, and white grape ride on a bright note. It lands crisp and fresh, with just enough bitterness to pull you back in. Tight hops, forever sippable.
