Thanks to the careful selection, very low yields, high quality grapes are obtained which create very complex wines.They have chosen to ferment in stainless steel to enhance its natural fruity notes. The nose is elegant, sweet and captivating, the intense and fruity notes characteristic of Barbera emerge. Fresh and well balanced. It is an easy to drink and not excessively demanding wine but at the same time tasty and rich. It is advisable to drink it at a temperature of 18-20°C. It goes perfectly with Langhe cuisine and very tasty dishes in general. Excellent with pasta, rice and soups, braised or grilled red meats and medium-aged cheeses. Also perfect as an aperitif glass with appetizers and cold cuts. A great classic of Piedmont tradition.
