With 2022 being a relatively warm year we’ve hit awesome levels of ripeness with this Chenin, allowing us to make our classic textural and rich Chenin. Partial malolactic fermentation combined with the use of our favourite toy - an 1800L Slovenian Foudre. Yellow stone fruits, green apple zip, nectarine skins on the palate with a saline twist and dried herb notes. Matches up really well with any medium-full flavour foods, cheese and good times.
