Bright rose gold / copper hue. Subtle aromatics of fresh raspberry, zesty lemon and savoury green fig leaf. Very bright and zesty, a gorgeous airy mouth feel. Subtle strawberry flavour over ‘wet rocks’ minerally core leads to a tangy, creamy finish. - Reminds me of my grandmother's sponge cake. Very energising sort of a lunch time / aperitivo fizz, clean as a whistle and very moorish.
