A delicious light blend of Grenache and Mourvédre organically grown on clay, sand, silt and gravel with a topsoil rich in iron oxide in the Nagambie Lakes region. Quite floral aromatically with roses, lavender and fresh cherry. The palate sees crunchy cherry, fresh raspberry and stewed plums meet savoury sage and rosemary, the slightest hint of cocoa powder. Light on its feet with fresh acidity and some rusty iron and salty minerality make it moresih and salivating.
