A young lambic that is at least one year old enriched with at least 30% pure raspberry juice. Pours a very deep pink colour with a pink flecked, tight white head. Pronounced raspberry fruit aroma with some yeast and almonds. Flavour begins with a tart edge before a raspberry syrup taste takes over.
