Aktien Landbier Dunkel Dark Lager is 5.3% ABV. Founded in 1857 the brewery was far ahead of the time with their refrigeration and storing facilities. As such it created the cool, constant conditions necessary to make great Lagers. This has been carried on over the years and is demonstrated in every bottle.
Landbier Fränkisch Dunkel is a full bottom-fermented beer, robust and full-bodied in flavor, left in its natural state and dark in color. The classic selection of special roasted malt and pale barley malt grown in Franconia and the spring water from the Fichtel mountains, endows it with its typical character and the fine malt fragrance. Brewed in the good old-fashioned way, it develops over a long fermenting and maturing period to emerge as a very well balanced and extremely agreeable specialty beer. A dark lager beer with a flavor of caramel and bread crust.
