A great collaboration with Plonk and King River Brewing. Based on King River's Gold Medal 2023 & Bronze 2024 winner at the Australian International Beer Awards Altbier, but with a few tasty changes. An Amber Ale to match our Canberra Autumn. A rich and smooth amber ale with a copper to red colour. We use a clean finishing ale yeast and 100% Voyager malts that provide some complex bready and biscuit flavours. A local favourite for a very good reason.
