Affinity is our award-winning Australian contemporary style of gin, delivering a range of incredibly warm and well-rounded complementary flavours. Notes of traditional Juniper, a sliver of Orange citrus burst, delicate floral notes, rich spice, and the natural sweetness of Vanilla Beans and Almonds. We lovingly grow our Lemon Myrtle in our distillery garden, adding the fresh myrtle leaves directly into the botanical basket when distilling. The rest of our botanicals are sustainably sourced, mostly from small-scale farms. Affinity Gin was created as a straight sipping gin however, it also performs beautifully in your favourite gin cocktails. The combination of botanicals performs an incredible balancing act making it an incredibly versatile spirit.
