A symphony of all types of wild black berries jump out of the glass and there is a dark and rich prune character laced throughout. High notes of hibiscus tea, blood orange and quince paste sit alongside glimpses of a silky smokiness of just toasted white bread. On the palate taste milk chocolate wrapped almonds, raisins and intense flavours of Turkish dried apricots. Black cherries and then cherry ripe finish with soft tannins and a lovely length which lingers on and on.
