This experience, so typical for the island of Rügen, provided Markus, the founder of the Island Brewery, with the inspiration for the German Coast Double IPA.
A single hop double IPA – strong, full of character, Nordically rough-edged, brewed with 100% German hops, pine cones, and pine branches. The roar of the Baltic sea captured in a glass. Resinous-spicy and the freshness of the Baltic Sea – really unique.
