'Mankai' translating to cherry blossom at full bloom is always our Iberian Grenache blend joined by friends. In 2023 Mankai is 50% Blewitt Springs Grenache, joined by organic & biodynamically grown Graciano and Touriga, with a splash of Mataro to flesh out the palate. 'Mankai' is a free spirited wine perfectly suited to any occasion as the delicious red fruit grenache leads with an ensemble of blue notes, hints of spice and layers of texture through the elegant and very moreish palate. A medium weighted wine designed for high drinkability, splash it in your glass with or without food, even chill it a fraction in warmer climate, full of personality and sure to be great company in your glass on any occasion.
