Fuji Single Grain Whiskey is a blend of three different grain whiskeys produced at Mt. Fuji Distillery. Those grain whiskies are then distilled using three different methods and possess their own unique flavour profiles similar to those of Bourbon, Canadian and Scotch. This Fuji Single Grain whiskey features the quintessential characteristics of each of those styles of whiskey, delicately fruity, mellow and with multi layered profiles. NOSE: Poached pear, rustic fruit tart, Cognac and marron glacé PALATE: Poached pear, orange marmalade, raspberry jam, baking spices and bitter chocolate FINISH: Mellow with gentle sweetness and pleasant spiciness, smooth with medium length finish
