Deep red colour with purple hues.
This wine has intense and vibrant white pepper, raspberry
and cherry aromas and flavours, typical of northern Rhone Valley Syrah of France.
The palate is subtle, complex and long due to a perfect natural acidity and velvety tannic structure. It is a perfect example of cool climate Canberra
district Syrah. It has been aged in French oak barriques (10% new) for 12 months before filtration and bottling in April 2019. No fining.
