Domenica Estate Shiraz is grown on the South sloping ridge of our vineyard. 2023 was a long, cool growing season producing a classically styled Syrah. Blue fruit, violets and a cool stone earthiness. There is a focused and savoury palate with seamless and ripe tannin. Aged in 30% new French hogsheads. This is a wine that will undoubtedly reward those with patience to cellar. The cooler vintages of Domenica continue to improve after ten or more years in bottle, and this wine will undoubtedly be one to enjoy over time.
