In collaboration with our friends Off Trail in Japan we have crafted MOMO. A tart Belgian blond with a tasteful addition of peach and mosaic. Working together we managed to find a way to try and evoke the amazing barrel program in place at Off Trail just in time for the Hops On Aus collaboration event. A slightly soured blonde with peaches to emulate those grown in Yamanashi prefecture. Honed and refined, with everything in balance, the result is tradition and temperance meeting modern method.
