This is such a solid Pilsner from a brand new brewery, really, really impressive. All the malt and graininess you want from a classic pils with that slight floral note for some added complexity.

A traditional take on a classic style, blended with a new school German aroma hop. Brewed with an all pale pilsner malt base from Weyermann, to showcase the very best flavours and aromas that malt has to offer. Backed by a subtle bittering from Spalter Select and topped off with a flavour addition from a relatively new hop from Germany, Callista. Notes of bready goodness topped with a noble spice and subtle hints of citrus and red berry.
