Every year, the brew team at Coopers challenges itself to make its best beer of the year. To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the 2025 edition of Vintage Ale features two aromatic New Zealand hop varieties, Southern Cross and Peacharine. As anticipated, Peacharine delivers heady stone fruit aromas, while Southern Cross adds appealing notes of lemon zest and spice. On the palate, expect sweet fruit, peach, citrus, and pine needle notes to feature, balanced by malt sweetness, before finishing with a firm bitterness.
