The Old French Oak barrel used to mature the stunning Mornington Peninsula Brewery’s ‘Russian Imperial Stout’ was then used to house our boldest 900 Standard Single Malt Whisky. The result is so, so stunning, creating a Single Malt Whisky of incredible intensity and balance, yet exhibiting the smoothness and depth of stout.
