Camilla is our classic Barolo, a blended Barolo as tradition dictates. We are looking for a balanced Barolo, from different but similar terroirs in terms of expression of the wine's character. Camilla is elegant and charming, stands out for its drinkability and pleasantness in every vintage. The aromas are broad and floral, with varied nuances of spices. A gentle palate with fine tannins in harmony with the structure, which can be appreciated at a young age for those who love the energy of Barolo and which expresses itself at its best after a few years of refinement in the bottle. Pairing : to accompany structured and rich dishes, such as meat, game, stews and mature cheeses.
