Squigglin' is our first beer made at Bracket featuring NZ Hops Superdelic and what a cracking hop! It's hard to put our finger on exactly what it tastes like, but it plays extremely well with the Mosaic and Motueka we paired it with. To the benefit of the beer, we went a bit heavy handed on the hops forgetting it was sub 7% IPA. If we had to pick a couple of tasting notes, we'd probably say candied tropical fruit and bright citrus.
