Pale gold colour, brilliant clarity and soft white foam. Sweet lightly caramelised malt, honey, crusty white bread, soft and delicate fruity yeast esters. Herbal and earthy hop character with pleasant fruity notes of pear and light banana. A rich smooth body that really coats your tongue with sweet caramel and fruity character. A moderately dry finish and very slight bitter linger. Medium to high carbonation.
