A single vineyard blend of 59% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot noir and 5% Meunier. Lovely chains of pearls, delicate autolytic characters of pan brioche with a spoon of honey, bread dough, crunchy red apples, fused butter and white flowers. Quite elegant perlage on the palate; the dosage is visible but donates richness and fullness at the back. It is a rather discreet wine with length and persistent red fruit at the end.
