This small batch Sljivka – a fruit brandy distilled from plums – has been crafted using a blend of Tegan Blue, Ausibelle and Radiance varieties grown in the cool climate of Yarrawa farm in Young, NSW. The process began with the plums gently pressed, macerated and left to ferment for two and a half months. After fermentation, the plums were double distilled in an all copper still in the old, traditional way. This Sljivka plum brandy has a unique flavour and aroma that is best enjoyed on its own… along with some good company.
