This is the first time our brewery has used the comet hop and we really like it! So much so that we’ve borrowed the name forour American IPA. Our Comet is dark straw in colour with a little haze (who doesn’t love a haze?). Floral, papaya and tropical fruit aromas play games on the nose. First taste our American IPA has luscious stone fruit flavours mixed with a combination of floral and pine, followed with medium bitterness and a lingering hop aftertaste. Brewed with pale malt, touch of Munich and hopped with Citra, Comet and Vic Secret.
