Wheat Beer
Wheat beer is a top-fermented beer which is brewed with a large proportion of wheat relative to the amount of malted barley. Wheat has likely been used as a grain for brewing since the Babylonian times (1700 B.C.). The Bavarian style of Germany is typically considered the origin of the modern wheat beer.
