AT PLONK!
Just before Christmas we caught up with our friends from Marrickville (& Petersham) for a secret meeting.
Batch Brewing Co. had the recipe for the perfect thirst quencher and we loved it.
A short while later, it’s ready and we cannot wait for you to try it!
Not just did we pick this one for you, we also helped making it ( well, kinda’, we watched in awe ????) and
you can only get it at PLONK!
Now, here is what the Batch guys say about their newest limited release:

Now, here is what the Batch guys say about their newest limited release:
-WHAT GOSE ROUND-
“They say what goes around, comes around. And when you go to Mexico, margaritas go around pretty regularly. The lemon and lime combined with the salt is a beautiful thing. But we make beer, we don’t make margaritas. So what do we do when we want that Mexican vacation vibe at the brewery? We make a lemon and lime Gose of course! The aroma is definitely reminiscent of when you bring your nose to the glass and get citrus and salt notes. This Gose is very bright, clean and crisp on the palate, with a short acidic sourness and salty finish. Surely you’ll be wanting another one straight away. Anyway, what comes around is ‘What Gose-Round’ Lemon-Lime Gose in this case!”
