Apple Spirit distilled from our own cider is fused with freshly crushed apple juice in french oak casks over 2 years to create a rare caramel, apple experience with the warmth of a spirit finish. Pommeau is best served chilled as an aperitif, with soft cheese, or as a digestive with baked apple tart.
