Let’s get this party going! We’re pumping up the volume on this new NEIPA and hoping it overflows all the way through the quad. By combining Simcoe, Southern Cross and Motueka hops we’ve created a flavour akin to biting into a handful of Juicy Fruit gum before washing it down with a cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit, and a side of lemon zest and shaved pine. Which in real life would not be a good idea, but in this beer it just works!
