This Doppelbock style beer is a brewer’s dream come true, and luckily everyone was fired up to join forces and bring this recipe to life.
Utilising a harmonious blend of Munich and Caramunich malts, we executed a double decoction mash to unlock intense malt flavours. True to tradition, we selected only the finest German hops and embraced a meticulous, slow fermentation program and lagering period to achieve a brew as pure and pristine as possible.
