Way Out West is a brand new West Coast Double IPA, packed to the rafters with Chinook, Mosaic, Citra, Centennial, and Mosaic Cryo. We've put our modern twist on this classic style with a light and clean malt bill that helps accentuate the hop profile. The colour is a beautiful light golden straw that glistens in the winter sun. On the nose, Strong pine, resin, orange marmalade and ruby red grapefruit jump out aromatically. Take a sip and you'll be met with a bold mouth coating upfront bitterness that leads to vibrant cocktail of pine, resin, grapefruit, orange zest, passionfruit and squeeze of fresh lime juice. The hop flavours balance out perfectly with the bitterness and a light malt sweetness that comes through. The finish is pungent and drippy, exactly how we like our Double Westies.
