A tweak on our IPA hop schedule landed us with a bit of a fruit bomb. Amarillo, Cascade, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, with some super-late additions via the hopback and a generous double dry hop really standing out. These late and dry hop additions, along with a malty sweetness, result in a smooth and juicy IPA.
