Bracket Main Character Energy Dbl Hazy IPA

This month’s release is all about Southern Hemisphere hops. We love them, you love them and they never disappoint, delivering big tropical aromatics, distinctive character and lots of personality. Up first is Main Character Energy, and you guessed it, the hint is in the name for this massive DIPA. We’ve absolutely loaded it up with Riwaka in both T90 and CRYO form then balanced it out with Rakau and a sprinkling of Citra. Right up front is aromas of sweet candied peach, juicy mango and bright passionfruit all bound together by a complex citrus character. Silky smooth and perfectly balanced, if we don’t say so ourselves.
