Cold Pressed In Green: Nelson Sauvin is a brand new Double IPA that we've brewed in collaboration with the legends at Good Land in Traralgon, Victoria. This beer is a Nelson Sauvin fusion of their Cold Pressed Hop Juice series and our world famous Dripping In Green™ series. We sourced some fresh Nelson Sauvin Cold Pressed Hop Juice which we added in late - then bombed it with Nelson T90 for a full on kiwi hop dank greenness. On the nose, pungent is probably the only word you can use to fully describe the intensity of the aroma profile. Pungent and sticky green grape, dank mango and a whole heap of passionfruit.
