Very frothy purple tinged mousse with a bright ruby red crimson base colour. Exceptionally fine bead showing good persistence. Dark cherry fruit aromas meet up with some inky plum and hints of liquorice followed by subtle notes of earth and spice. Fruity plum and dark cherry flavours dominate over inky vanillin cedar and spicy earth. Finishes very dry with a youthful freshness. Aftertaste of plummy dark cherries, inky vanillin cedar, subtle earth and spice.
