Brewed with our neue Deutsche familie the Weyermann® Malting Company from Bamberg, Germany, Kingside is an expertly crafted Bohemian Pilsner brewed LoDo with the finest German Malz, noble hopfen, and a Hochkurz-style step mash. We’ve mimicked the finest Boho water from eastern Czech using our in-house RO water unit, cold fermented with a traditional European lager strain, stretched out a 10-week stint conditioning in the cool depth of our cellar all in the spirit of keeping this as traditional as we could. Expect a toasted, biscuit-like, bready malt character with a medium bitterness and a crisp, refreshing finish. To beer and new friendships. Prost!
