KIS Old Tom Gin is lightly aged in small re-charred French oak barrels. Local aniseed and lemon myrtles add sweet characters to this classic old style gin. First created to serve at The Tasting Australia Origins Dinner in 2014, KIS Old Tom has gone on to be a champion gin around the world.
Colour: Clear, pale yellow
Nose: Tangy lemon first up followed by cleansing juniper
Palate: Sweet creamy vanilla, hint of aniseed; burnt toffee caramel
Balance: Woody and spicy
Finish: Lingering spicy juniper finish

Essentially a sipping gin, Old Tom can't go wrong when simply served straight up on ice. Garnish with grilled pineapple or a burnt cinnamon quill.
