The yeast character is subdued but evident in a well made, cold fermented lager. We use traditional lager techniques to bring out the best lager characteristics. It is cold fermented, and cold conditioned to give the crisp body you expect from a lager. There is a light and clean hop character, and a dry and refreshing finish
